ATTENTION: All instructions must be performed from extension 10 or 100

Push "On/Off" button (do not pick up handset)
Push "Program" button (top right)
Push "#" key and then the number "3"
Display should then ask for "Time Data"
Enter 4-digit year (e.g. 2008)
Enter 2-digit month (e.g. 04 for April)
Enter 2-digit day of month (e.g. 09 for the 9th day of the month)
Enter hours and minutes in military time (e.g. 0900 for 9:00 a.m. and 1400 for 2:00 p.m., etc.)
Finish programming by pushing the "On/Off" button to store information
